The Problem with Dog Poop (Other than the Obvious)

It seems the push to get dog owners to scoop zee poop is working. This is excellent news for those of us who are tired of stepping in doggie droppings.

But it's creating a new problem: what do cities do with all the poo-filled baggies? Figure it out and you could make a lot of money.
